Playing with Tiptop, the giraffe. See me giggling? Ha Ha!
Karidee hit her 3 month mark over the Thanksgiving weekend. My goodness she's growing fast! She's about 15 lbs... and becoming more beautiful every day! She has the most adorable personality. She giggles and grins every time she sees her mom and dad... which we absolutely love! Lucky for mom, she's sleeping through the whole night now... averaging about 7-8 hours a night. We put her down between 9:30 and 10pm and she won't wake up until 5, 6, sometimes 7am. It gets better too... I'll feed her when she gets up and then she goes back down for another 3-4 hours. Don't be jealous, we had to wait a pretty good while for this sweet angel to come into our lives! Karidee is making her voice known too... she's cooing like crazing and totally creating her own goos and gahs. She even does this dainty little "hum" with every yawn now!
As of last night, Karidee rolled from her tummy onto her back all by herself three times! She can hold her head up so high. Mom and dad don't have to lay on the floor for her to see... we can actually sit up and she'll make eye contact. We're having so much fun and love spending time together as a family. The other night, Darin said, "It's so cool that we have our own child." I couldn't agree more!
