Week in Phoenix

I guess she sang herself to sleep for this nap time. Lol!




Darin had training last week up in Phoenix and Baby girl and I came along for the fun. While my husband was training K and I kept ourselves pretty busy. We helped my mom with Christmas shopping ( I did some more of my own), helped planned and prepared for my Aunts baby shower (for Baby Brody due at the end of January), and spent time with lots of family. We had a great time. We stayed in a hotel that is literally 2 seconds away from where my husband had to report for work. It was a gorgeous hotel with the most comfortable beds ever! Karidee loved staying there.... mostly because they had a pool. She loves her baths and pools. She didn't nap too well away from home, but I was able to get her to rest a few times (see picture of her in her green pj's chillin' in her sleep). My sister Meg and I put the diaper cake together. That was our gift to Brody. Oh my goodness that was so much fun and I was definitely in need of some sister bonding time. That just about sums up what we've been up to in the last little while.

Some updates as of today: My mother in law is in the hospital and will be going in for surgery this afternoon. Please keep her in your prayers.
