Karidee was a cute little witch for Halloween this year. We bought the tulle dress for a dollar last year for her dress up box. I added tulle to the straps, made a belt out of satin ribbon, and dressed up her hat with rosettes and more tulle. We had her wear green and black striped tights and a long sleeve leotard underneath. What made her costume even more adorable was her little black broom and her pointy witch shoes.
